2 It establishes the Aircrew Standardization/Evaluation (Stan/Eval) Program that supports Air FORCE (AF) objectives and provides guidance on how to structure and monitor a Stan/Eval program. It Certified Current on 2 August 2017 2 AFI11-202V2_AMCSUP_89 AWSUP_I 6 JUNE 2011 is applicable to all units assigned to or gained by major commands (MAJCOMs) and applies to commanders, operations supervisors and aircrew personnel assigned or attached to all flying activities of these commands. This publication applies to Air FORCE Reserve Command, the Air National Guard, and to USAF aircrew personnel assigned to active flying positions in the Civil Air Patrol. MAJCOMs, field operating agencies (FOAs) and Headquarters United States Air FORCE (HQ USAF) direct reporting units (DRUs) will supplement this INSTRUCTION .

3 MAJCOMs, FOAs and HQ USAF DRUs will coordinate their supplement to this INSTRUCTION with HQ USAF/A3O-AT before publication and forward one copy to HQ USAF/A3O-AT after publication. Units will coordinate their supplement with the next higher Numbered Air FORCE (NAF)/MAJCOM, as applicable, prior to publication. Air FORCE Reserve Command (AFRC)/Air National Guard (ANG) units will provide a copy of their supplement to their gaining MAJCOM and the active duty NAF with Stan/Eval oversight responsibility. Units will forward one copy of their supplement to said higher headquarters after publication. Submit suggested improvements to this INSTRUCTION on AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication, through Stan/Eval channels, to HQ USAF/A3O-AT, 1480 Air FORCE Pentagon, Washington DC 20330-1480.

5 This supplement is AMC/ANG/AFRC approved and applies to AMC-gained CONUS-based AFRC and ANG mobility units. This publication applies to the Air National Guard (ANG). 7 The purpose of this supplement is to establish local guidance for 89 Operations Group (89 OG) and Presidential Airlift Group (PAG) standardization and evaluation programs. The 89 OG Commander (89 OG/CC) and Presidential Airlift Group Commander (PAG/CC) are the waiver authorities for this supplement. Specific responsibilities are defined herein for the 89th Operations Group Stan/Eval (89 OG/OGV) and Presidential Airlift Group Stan/Eval (PAG/DOV) flight examiners and all subordinate unit flight examiners.
