2 It serves as a source reference for personnel, both within and outside the financial management community, who are responsible for executing the Air FORCE Budget, including the Air FORCE Reserve and Air National Guard. The current listing of Financial Management codes (including future and historical) which are continually updated and maintained are found in the Air FORCE Financial Management Data Dictionary (FMDD), accessible via the FM Data Quality Service at Also see Attachment 1 for a glossary of references, abbreviations, acronyms, and terms.

3 Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) using the Air FORCE Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF Forms 847 from the field through appropriate functional s chain of command. The authorities to waive wing/unit level requirements in this publication are identified with a Tier ( T-0, T-1, T-2, T-3 ) number following the compliance statement.
