QPF for Building & Construction Materials 3 BITUMEN IMPREGNATED FILLER BOARDS Material: Wood fibre (come solely from sustainably cultivated forests) insulating boards. According to EN 13986 & EN 622-4 and comply with ASTM D 1751. Applications: Multi-purpose bituminized softbord for concrete and timber constructions.

5 Expansion joint filler for concrete slab and wall construction. Used for wet screed and dry screed applications. Used for weight distribution layer in combination with a leveling compound. Protection boards for pressure sensitive layers. Advantages: Bitumen content from 10% up to 35%. Produced and supervised according to current European standards. According to DIN 10204 Applications: Permanent formwork for construction joints, flats & shaped components. Permanent wall & column formwork . Industrial floor slabs. Sprayed concrete background. In plaster work with span widths up to 1200mm. Advantages: Reducing of the concrete pressure during the concreting process. High concreting speed and visual monitoring. Can be bent into a radius for curved formwork . Light weight and can be handled easily. Minimization of empty spaces and cement honeycomb. According to DIN 10215. Applications: Widely used as a plaster backing on ceilings, walls and stud partitions. As lathwork for both inside and outside, as well for light construction. Sprayed concrete background. In plaster work with span widths up to 1200mm. Advantages: High level of stability and larger span widths. Gives a uniform coat depth for large areas. Very few superposition of the material when fixing the metal lath on the support.
