3 IEEE SPEC 2018 will cooperate with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) to bring together the world leading experts to present emerging topics on energy, power, and transportation electrification. PAPERS of practical importance are solicited in the following areas:Accepted and presented manuscripts at the conference will be indexed in IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Please allow up to 2 months (from end date of conference) for manuscripts to be made available in IEEE Xplore. 6 Best PAPERS Awards will be given out at the Authors presenting the PAPERS shall receive a Certificate of of Full paper : Prospective authors of technical PAPERS are asked to submit a full paper of their planned presentation.

4 Authors are requested to register for an account at the Submission Portal to upload the full paper (in PDF format). Please include details of the primary contact and paper template links: Word format - A4 , US LetterAll authors should obtain company and governmental clearance prior to submission of the Full paper . Full PAPERS will be sent to multiple reviewers; therefore, Confidential and Proprietary information should be omitted. Please note that PAPERS presented at SPEC 2018 must be original material and not have been presented at previous conferences or previously published. Manuscripts not received by the deadline above may not be published in the Proceedings and will not be presented at the conference.

5 Finished manuscripts should not exceed eight (8) pages.
