7 Late fee will be charged Please return your rental on time and clean or deposit will be forfeited. Equipment may be checked out for the day, weekend, week, and longer depending on your particular needs. Reservations may be made by phone or in person. A $100 rental deposit is required for reservations made 60-120 days prior to pick-up date and full payment is required on your rental contract pick up date. Return and Late fee Policies Return Policy: All items Rented from the ODR must be Returned to ODR during Opera-tional Hours. Items left by the back door are subject to lost of half of your deposit fee, Due to inspection of these items for dirt and damage. Late Fees: Equal Twice the Daily Rental Fee and Strictly enforced.
