1 Cadwell PARK, BSB 2012 CAMPSITE INFORMATIONA fter a successful launch in 2011, Cadwell Park are once again delighted to offer a family CAMPSITE area for 2012. The site is located on the eastern side of the venue (see map below). A short walk away from the Start/Finish spectator bank The Family CAMPSITE is available to those parties arriving with children under the age of 16 in their group The new family CAMPSITE is much larger than previous years Allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis There will be toilets, showers, drinking water and lighting, as well as fire, security and first aid cover. No vehicle admission after 10pmWhen arriving please follow the highway signage marked Family CAMPSITE , as per the map Vision Limited is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused to you except where any such loss, injury or damage is caused by the negligence of MotorSport Vision Limited, its employees or agents.
2 Camping is allowed only within the designated areas and on purchase of an official camping ticket. Any tents pitched and caravans parked outside the designated areas will be removed. Official merchandising is only on sale inside the venue. Do not buy from unofficial vendors. No unauthorised trading is permitted within the venue or any official car parking facility. In the interest of public safety, MotorSport Vision Limited reserves the right to ask you to leave the venue at any time. The CAMPSITE closes at on raceday, after which time no facilities are available. Campers will be required to vacate the CAMPSITE by the day after not to bring: No glass.
3 The field is used for livestock at other times of the year. No fireworks or firewood. This is for your own and fellow campers safety. No scooters, mini-motos or similar are allowed on the CAMPSITE . Motorcycles are allowed, but must be secured in the separate CAMPSITE bike park and not alongside tents or caravans. Leave high value items at home, and be vigilant against theft. Neither MSCV nor its representatives are liable for any loss or theft of any item brought onto site. No animals permitted security will carry out basic vehicle searches on arrival, and will confiscate any of the above if found. These items will be available for collection at the end of the safetyFor the safety of everyone on the CAMPSITE , we must insist that: No open fires are made anywhere on site. Firewood will be confiscated. All barbecue ash to be disposed in the hot ash bins provided. All barbecues to be raised off of the ground.
4 Fire lanes to be kept clear at all CAMPSITE In the interests of all families camping, all music and noise to stop at 11pm. Main CampsiteFor the enjoyment of all campers in the Main CAMPSITE , we ask that noise and music to be limited after midnight and for people to be mindful of other campers that may wish to go to bed earlier. Please note that the management will evict any persons found to be putting the safety or enjoyment of others at risk, without refund of
