The Cape Joint Retirement fund is a defined contribution fund , established in terms of the Pension fund Act, Act 24 of 1956. Die Fonds is onderworpe aan jaarlikse aktuari le waardasies en die jongste waardasie op 30 Junie 2001 het aangedui dat die Fonds finansie l gesond is. Die volgende waardasie sal gebaseer word op die Fonds se bates en laste soos op 30 Junie 2002. The fund is subject to a yearly actuarial valuation and the last valuation at 30 June 2001 revealed that the fund is in a sound financial condition.
3 The next actuarial valuation will be based on the assets and liabilities of the fund at 30 June 2002.
