1 CARTOONING with MR. CARLSON! Learn drawing techniques step-by-step from East Side Elementary s Mr. Carlson. These lessons will instruct students onbasic but important concepts related to design and CARTOONING . Simple techniques are taught that can be carried overinto other areas of art. OPEN TO 2nd THROUGH 5th GRADE STUDENTS. Students will complete two or more cartooncharacters per class with Mr. Carlson s completed drawings being raffled off to students at the end of each class. Easy tofollow steps, all skills levels. Mr. Carlson will integrate concepts such as proportion and spacing in addition to makingconnections to mathematics and science. Space is limited. Classes will have similar subject matter but are intended to provide unique experiences from class to class and quarter to quarter. Please check dates and times carefully to be sure your child is available. Missed classes may result in missed instruction.
2 Your spot in class is secured only after payment AND registration is received. You will receive emailed confirmation and instructions for class attendanceand pick up at that time. CARTOONING class begins at 230pm and ends at 355pm. CLASSES MISSED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER WILL NOT BE MADE UP OR : $115 per quarter.
