1 CCMS Provider : Provider Transfer A request for Provider Transfer is submitted by the Provider taking over work on the case, as a Non Case Related Query. The query will be processed by the LAA. and access to the case will be granted to the new Provider . From the CCMS. Homepage click Cre- ate Request. From the drop down menu select Provider Transfer Request. Click Next. Enter relevant information relating to the Transfer . NOTE: the * indicates mandatory information. Click Submit. 2 Click Next. If further information is required an Action will appear on the homepage. You assigned administrator will receive a Notification once the Transfer is complete. Following Transfer you can located the case in Your Cases and Applications. Please refer to the Case and Application Search quick guide for further details. To assign a case contact, from within the case, click Amend Case, then edit Provider Details where a Pro- vider Contact can be added. It is also possible to add a Provider Case Reference. It will be necessary to split the cost limit between the two firms. Within the same amendment request, enter the Case Cost Limitation section and select Cost Limit Allocation Enter the amount to be allocated to the previous firm and click Calculate.
