Transcription of Charlynn Steering Valve Installation Instructions
1 T-630 eaton Steering Valve Installation 81861-1-RETRO If it's built by Tucker's it's built right! Tucker's Machine & Steel Service, Inc. Mark Left and Right Steering hose on existing Ross Steering Valve . The very front hose will be re-used, Mark EF . Pressure line will be re-used as well. Mark it P . Remove hoses from the Ross Valve , then remove Valve . Clamp new centering template in dash and drill new mounting holes. Install new Steering Valve , leaving template in place. IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Before any Engage Auger Safety Catch any time you are not actually pouring concrete.
2 Padlock Auger Valve Auger Valve should be padlocked any time a man may come into contact with the auger or be in the hopper. Shut Engine Off Shut engine off and apply park brake before dismounting, and take keys with you. Place Keys in Pocket Keep keys with you so that no one else can start machine while you are servicing it. Page: 3 The P pressure line should now be routed similar to red indicator line left. On Auger Valve , remove synflex line and fitting which goes to vibrator oiler Valve . Insert new Tee , and re-place oiler line fitting in bottom of tee , replace oiler line. Route hose to T port on Priority Valve . Page: 4 The green line is on the P port of the Steering Valve and the CF port of the Priority Valve .
3 The magenta hose is from the T port on Steering Valve to the bottom of the Lift Swing Valve where the return line from the Ross Valve was removed. The yellow line, is the one marked EF when removed from the Ross. It now connects to the EF port on the Priority Valve , still going to the In port on the Flow Divider. The Cyan line is from LS port on Priority Valve to front of Steering Valve . Be sure to note the R and L ports are opposite on the new Valve as opposed to the Ross when re-placing the lines to the Steering cylinders.
