1 CHEAP ABS, INC. ABS CONTROL MODULE REPAIR REQUEST FORM INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Fill out form on the next page completely and legibly. 2. Print form and place in envelope along with payment (if applicable), and put envelope inside box PLEASE PLACE THE ENVELOPE WITH THE MODULE, NOT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX, UNDER A FLAP, OR HIDDEN IN THE PACKAGING MATERIAL. 3. Package ABS module by wrapping in bubble wrap and placing in small box For Bosch units, Do NOT send the hydraulic pump. The control module is attached to the hydraulic block with torx screws. Remove these screws and separate the module from the pump. The electronic control module should not weigh more than 2 lbs. FOR BOSCH ABS UNITS: PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU GENTLY REMOVE THE ABS MODULE FROM THE PUMP!

2 Do not force the module off the pump. If any of the solenoids appear stuck, do not pull harder! Instead, spray some WD-40 or similar solvent and let sit for a few hours to remove the rust. If the solenoids are loosened, the module will be damaged like this PLEASE SECURE THE SOLENOIDS BY PRESSING PACKING TAPE (NOT DUCT TAPE) AGAINST THEM SO THAT THEY DO NOT MOVE DURING SHIPMENT! 4. Send the package to (IMPORTANT! MAKE SURE THE PACKAGE DOES NOT HAVE A SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT! Recommended shipping services are FedEx and UPS. If you send a package through USPS with a signature requirement (including the blue insurance label), it will be held at the postal depot and will cause a significant delay in returning your module!)
