1 Check In Qld app To help keep Queensland COVID safe, everyone attending this venue must Check in electronically. This venue uses the Queensland Government s Check In Qld app it is quick, easy to use and secure. Your personal details will be stored securely by the Queensland Government only for contact tracing, if required. Download the Check In Qld app from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Open the app, fill out your details, scan the QR Code then tap Check In Now . If you have difficulties downloading or using the app, provide staff with your full name and contact details. They will Check in for you. Add your proof of vaccination status From 17 December 2021, entry to many Queensland locations and businesses will be restricted to those who are fully vaccinated.
2 You will need to make sure you carry proof of your vaccination status and be ready to show this upon request. You can now add your COVID-19 digital certificate to the Check In Qld app. The updated version of the app allows you to Check -in and display your vaccination status at the same time. You can add your certificate using the Express Plus Medicare mobile app or your Medicare online account through myGov by following the prompts. If you re not eligible for Medicare and need proof of your COVID-19 vaccination online, you ll need an Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI). You can get an IHI through myGov. If you can t get any of the approved COVID-19 vaccines for medical reasons, this will be recorded by your doctor on your immunisation history statement and on your COVID-19 digital certificate.

You can also display your COVID-19 vaccination status by showing a printed copy of one of these: immunisation history statement COVID-19 digital certificate. You can access proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status: online using your Medicare account on myGov by using the Express Plus Medicare mobile app online using the Individual Healthcare Identifiers service through myGov by calling the Australian Immunisation Register on 1800 653 809 by asking your doctor to print a copy of your immunisation history statement.
