2 OverDimensionalContainer meansaContainercarryingoverdimensionalca rgobeyondthenormalsizeofstandardcontaine rsandneedingspecialdeviceslikeslings,sha ckles,liftingbeam, (includingboxeshavingcorner casting problem) and CONTAINER requiring special devices for lifting is also classified as Over Dimensional CONTAINER .
