Chevron Recreation Website Retiree Discounts

Chevron Recreation Website Retiree Discounts Many CRA Members have inquired about the availability of Discounts on cell phone services that are offered by Verizon, AT&T and Sprint. Good news, Chevron has agreed to extend these Discounts to retirees. A discount is in place for Sprint, and Chevron expects to have the Verizon discount available starting in May. Chevron and AT&T are actively working to offer Discounts to all eligible retirees.

2 Currently, AT&T. continues to provide Discounts to individuals who were previously enrolled in their discount program. To access the Sprint cell phone discount and shortly the Verizon discount you should visit the Home Page of the Chevron Recreation Website , , and click on Corporate Purchase Programs (copy of the Home Page is enclosed). If you're looking for other savings opportunities you should explore the Chevron Recreation Website . The Website provides access to Discounts through Chevron 's Corporate Purchase Program, PerkSpot and other offers that Chevron makes available to employees and retirees.

3 These Discounts apply to major purchases as well as savings opportunities on everyday items. Just visit the Website and start exploring the possibilities that exist. For help with navigating the Chevron Recreation Website and the PerkSpot Website please refer to the enclosed document which is titled Chevron Recreation Website , Site Navigational Aid. Some of the types of Discounts that are available include vehicle purchase programs, travel packages, electronics equipment, plus many other items. One of our members saved $1,000 when he purchased a Ford Escape. In addition to the many existing Discounts , Chevron is always looking for additional savings opportunities.

4 Retirees enjoy most of the Discounts that are available to employees. In some instances the Discounts are restricted to employees, admission fee to the Oakland Museum. To avail yourself of certain Discounts , like a cell phone discount, it will be necessary for you to produce evidence that you are a Chevron Retiree who is eligible for Chevron Medical Plan coverage. The vendors have agreed to accept a copy of the Confirmation of Elections letter that was sent to you confirming your Medical Plan election for the next calendar year. The Confirmation would have been sent by the Chevron HR Service Center.

Just click on the Additional Discounts tab at the side of the page, scroll down the page and log into PerkSpot. The first time you access PerkSpot you will need to register and create a password. From then on all you have to do is sign in and then you're ready to look for more Discounts . So start exploring. Then scroll down the page until you locate PerkSpot.

Scroll down the page until you see PerkSpot Log In. o Click on PerkSpot Log In. You should be taken to the PerkSpot log in page . First time visitors to this site will be required to register. If you are already registered you will need to sign in. After logging into PerkSpot click on By Category (located at the top left portion of the page): Discounts are offered on Apparel, Automotive, Diamonds & Jewelry, Financial & Life Services, Flowers & Gifts, Food, Health & Wellness, Home Garden & Pets, Sports & Outdoors, Tickets, Travel, et al.

10 To avail yourself of certain Discounts you will be required to produce evidence that you are a Chevron Retiree who is eligible for Chevron Medical Plan coverage. The vendors have agreed to accept a copy of the Confirmation of Elections letter that was sent to you confirming your Medical Plan elections for the next calendar year. (You should only be required to provide a copy of the first page.) The letter should have been sent to you sometime after the close of Open Enrollment.
