A knowledge of how effective governance can support an organisation and lead to positive change.
2 The ability to think strategically and articulate a clear vision. Excellent communication skills. Experience of presenting and communicating information and ideas using all forms of communication. Effective networking skills. Understanding the practice of effective self-evaluation and preparation for external inspection. Experience of supporting individuals and organisations through inspections or internal audits. Experience of forming positive relationships for the benefit of the organisation. A commitment to the task(s) in hand and seeing them through to conclusion.
3 Terms of Employment The post is term time only plus two weeks. The post holder will be based at St. Aidan s CE High School, Harrogate but travel to other schools within the MAT will be required. The Person appointed will work with the Finance Director and report to the Executive Principal, Audit, Finance and Risk Committee and the Trust Board. The salary for the post is paid on Band 16, 37,316 per annum.
