A Child of the Marriage or Parent of bride/groom are only eligible to apply for a Certificate of Marriage but not a Certified Copy of Marriage Registration, unless one or both of the parties to the Marriage are deceased. If either or both bride/groom are deceased, a Next of Kin (Mother, Father, Daughter, Son, Sister, and Brother) is entitled to apply for a Marriage Certificate.
