2 Back to Top PLACING AN ORDER. After logging in, Click on the Order tab. STEP 1: ADD ITEMS TO CART. The page will refresh and you will be taken to the Place Order page. Here you can either;. 1. Enter a full or partial item number. This is the most commonly used search 2. Enter a full or partial item description. 3. Use an order template. Used for specific initiatives. Enter a full or partial Item Number. full item number: 131A080E, partial item number 131, 131A, 080, 80F, etc. Click Find or Press Enter. The page will refresh and prompt for a Quantity.

3 NOTE: If entering a partial number, all matching items will be displayed and you will be able to enter quantities for more than one item at a time. Enter a Quantity in the Qty field. Do this for all items you wish to add from the list of results. Click on Add to Cart. Repeat steps for all required items. After entering all items, Click on Shopping Cart. STEP 2: VERIFY SHOPPING CART. You can review and edit the quantities you have for items during this step. To revise a quantity, update the quantity in the the Qty column and Click on Save Changes.

4 To remove an item, zero out the quantity in the the Qty column and Click on Save Changes. The Status column provides details such as if Product Owner approval is required, if items is on back order, etc. Once you have review your order, Click on Checkout. STEP 3: TRANSIT SELECTION. When you arrive at Step 3, Enter 5-digit transit number and Click Search. If valid, all fields will populate. You can change any of the fields. Click Shipping Method dropdown, to select different shipping method. Enter Order Comments, for orders where you ordered an approval item, please state reason for Ordering above the order quantity.

5 STEP 4: CONFIRMATION & CHECKOUT. Confirm shipping address information. After confirming, Click on Next. Click Ship E-mail Notice Box, to receive an e-mail confirmation. Created: October 23, 2013. Users can update transit profile details such as fixture counts, brochure counts, staffing counts, and as well as miscellaneous questions. 9 Click on the Profile tab Enter Transit Number in text field (please note that you may do a partial search). After entering your transit number, Click Search button, the page will refresh with the search results. Click on the Detail link associated with your transit to view profile. The web browser will navigate to the branch location details page. NOTE: This page can only be updated by Admin users. If changes are required, merchandisers should contact their regional managers. Non-serviced locations should e-mail the merchord, mailbox.

10 From this point forward, there are two methods of navigation available to users: a. Using BACK or NEXT : you can click the back or next buttons to move to the previous or next part of the profile. b. Using the Navigation Bar: At the top of the page, there is a navigation bar with the following options: Location, Fixtures, Brochures, Staffing, and Miscellaneous. You can click on any of these to go directly to that part of the profile. The sections of the profile are as follows. Location Details: Contains Address information, Branch Type, Size, Segment and Merchandiser Service information.
