CBSE/COORD/ Dated: 11th June, 2018 CIRCULAR Sub: Online submission of forms of compartment /6th subject for Class-XII & Class -X by Private Candidates 2018. The Online submission of compartment form for candidates placed in compartment (Class XII) and Class X for the examination scheduled to be held in July 2018 has been started. Eligibility, Fee, detailed procedure of submitting online application is described in the Annexure. Students/Parents are advised to go through the eligibility and detailed procedure before applying. Candidates who have appeared in March 2018 Examination as a Private Candidate and placed under compartment (Class XII) or (Class X) will be eligible to apply through the CBSE website. Details in respect of students who are eligible to apply will be auto-generated in the online system. If a candidate makes wrong entries in his/her application form or submits false information, statement or produces false document, his/her form shall be rejected and fee paid shall be forfeited.

1 CBSE/COORD/ Dated: 11th June, 2018 CIRCULAR Sub: Online submission of forms of compartment /6th subject for Class-XII & Class -X by Private Candidates 2018. The Online submission of compartment form for candidates placed in compartment (Class XII) and Class X for the examination scheduled to be held in July 2018 has been started. Eligibility, Fee, detailed procedure of submitting online application is described in the Annexure. Students/Parents are advised to go through the eligibility and detailed procedure before applying. Candidates who have appeared in March 2018 Examination as a Private Candidate and placed under compartment (Class XII) or (Class X) will be eligible to apply through the CBSE website. Details in respect of students who are eligible to apply will be auto-generated in the online system. 2 Merely Submission of form and fee would not entitle a candidate to appear for the compartment Examination and those who are applying for the Examination should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility criteria as stipulated in the CIRCULAR . If it is found at any stage that he/she does not fulfill the stipulated criteria, his/her application will be cancelled and fee forfeited. Parents/Candidates may note that confirmation page alongwith enclosures is to be submitted to the respective Regional Office by Hand/Speed Post. This CIRCULAR is meant only for Private candidates. Regular candidates of CBSE affiliated schools who have appeared for March 2018 Examination and placed under compartment should approach the school from which they have appeared in Class XII / X exam held in March 2018. ( Choudhury) Controller of Examinations Class XII compartment Examination to be held in July 2018 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 1. Private candidates who appeared in March 2018 and declared as compartment are eligible to apply only in one subject in which placed in compartment . Candidate with 6 Subject and placed in compartment in two subjects shall appear in any one of two subjects. Or 2. Candidates who have appeared in 6 subjects in March 2018 and declared PASS but could not clear one subject can appear in that subject in July 2018 Examination as an Improvement category.

Fee structure for Class XII Mode of Payment DATES Class XII (i) Applying online (ii) Processing charges to be received through Credit/Debit Cards/ Net Banking (International card in case the candidate applying from outside India) Delhi Scheme All India Scheme Foreign Candidates 12th June 2018 to 21st June 2018 (Without late fee) Rs. 200/- Per Subject + (Postal Charges for candidate except of Delhi Region 1000 Per Subject + 200 (Postal Charges) Late fee slab-I (22nd 27th June, 2018) Rs. 1000/- Late fee slab-II (28th-30th June, 2018) Rs. 5000/- PRIVATE CANDIDATE CLASS X EXAMINATION TO BE HELD IN JULY 2018 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Private candidates who appeared in March 2018 and declared as compartment are eligible to apply only in one or two subjects in which placed in compartment Note:- The candidate declared as PASS after having replaced an elective subject being failed in that subject by 6th NSQF Vocational Subject will be eligible to appear in the failed subject under improvement category.)

Enter your Roll No. School No., Centre No. as mentioned in the admit card. II. Enter your address and select the subject (Class XII only) III. Submit the application and note down Application ID . IV. Upload your recent Color Photograph (max size 50 KB; JPG) and Signature (max size 4 KB; JPG) V.)

6 Go to Fee payment option and make payment. VI. Take print of confirmation page VII. Sign the confirmation page. VIII. Signed copy of confirmation page, copy of Marksheet should be sent to Regional Officer, CBSE Regional Office within 7 days as per address given in confirmation page.. GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Candidates who have appeared for March 2018 Examination as regular candidates from CBSE affiliated institutions should approach the schools from which they have appeared in Class XII / X. 2. Candidate will be able to download the Admit Cards from the website of CBSE from 2nd week of July 2018. In case of any discrepancy in the Admit card candidates should contact concerned Regional Office of the Board. 3. Previous mark-sheet is not to be surrendered to the Board. 4. In class XII Consolidated mark sheet will be issued only to Candidates whose result was declared COMPT in 2017/2018 examination and thereafter declared Pass in compartment July 2018 examination.

Consolidated mark sheet will not be issued to class XII candidates whose result is already Pass and now appearing for Improvement of Performance or those whose result after July 2018 is Re-comptt. 6. Candidate will be examined only in the Syllabus as prescribed for the year of Examination. The Student must go through the eligibility and pass criteria as well as current curriculum and scheme of studies available on CBSE website carefully before filling the form. 7. Visually impaired candidates of All India/Delhi Scheme are exempted from examination fee of Class X/XII.
