The Western Sydney City Deal is a partnership between the Australian Government, NSW Government, and local governments of the Blue Mountains, Camden, Campbelltown, Fairfield, Hawkesbury, Liverpool, Penrith and Wollondilly. The councils of the Western Parkland City stand beside the Australian and NSW. governments, ready to work together to deliver outcomes for our communities. FOREWORD. Western Sydney is a unique region with a richly diverse community.
