1 1 City Planning City Planning Infrastructure and Development Services City Planning provides advice to City Council on building issues. The division undertakes complex research projects, which lead to policy development in land use, environmental sustainability, community development, urban design and transportation. City Planning reviews development applications and recommends actions on these matters to Community Councils and the Planning and Transportation Committee. The division administers the Committee of Adjustment and provides expert Planning advice to four Committee panels.
