Since being elected for my second term in 2019, Kawartha members and staff have faced many challenges both external (pandemic, increased regulatory requirements) and internal (banking system conversion, recruitment and hiring of a new ) to name a few. If re-elected, I will work hard to apply that experience to ensuring that members and staff needs are fulfilled and that Kawartha continues to uphold our purpose of supporting the financial success and well-being of our members and the communities we serve.

ODIM Spectrum Corporation Ltd., Numet Engineering Ltd. and Brooke Oceanology 1997 - 2010: Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, ODIM Group of Companies Approximately 300 employees located in Peterborough, ON and Dartmouth, NS (ODIM Spectrum, ODIM Numet and Brooke Oceanology) 1980 1997: board of Directors, Spectrum Engineering Corporation Ltd. Community Involvement/Volunteer Work Community involvement in various organizations including past President of Ennismore curling club , founding member of Peterborough Breast Cancer Support Group, and serving in an advisory capacity to Cancer Care Ontario. Personal/Interests My husband Mike and I are proud parents of two daughters. Our family has expanded to include two sons-in-law and four grandchildren. In addition to spending time with family, I enjoy curling , golfing, and reading. I am a firm believer in life-long learning and have taken advantage of opportunities to take courses on Credit Union related topics as well as obtaining my Food Handler Training Certificate and a Smart Serve accreditation.
