Clobex (clobetasol proprionate) Spray, Lotion and Shampoo are not recommended for use on anyone younger than 18 years of age. Clobetasol propionate should not be used on the face, groin, or axillae, and the total dosage should not exceed 50g (50mL. or oz) per week. Patients should use Clobex Shampoo, , Clobex Spray, and Clobex Lotion, only for the minimum period necessary to achieve desired results. Clobex Lotion In controlled clinical trials, the following adverse reactions have been reported: burning/stinting, skin dryness, irritation, ery- thema, folliculitis, puritus, skin atrphy, and telangiectasia. 5 Clobex Spray In controlled clinical trials, the following adverse reactions have been reported: burning, pruritus, infections and infestations, nasopharyngitis, upper respiratory trac infection, skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders. treatment with Clobex Spray should not exceed 4 weeks. treatment beyond 2 weeks should be limited to localized lesions of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis that have not sufficient improved after the initial 2weeks of treatment with Clobex Spray.
