We are honored that you have chosen us to be part of your future.

4 Here at Northern, we pride ourselves on providing a quality education that is affordable with an engaging environment. We have three beautiful campuses, Wheeling, Weirton and New Martinsville, that offer exceptional programs and faculty. Whether you are just starting on your COLLEGE journey, continuing your education or choosing a new path altogether, there is something for everyone at WVNCC. We offer over 70 programs in the arts and sciences and career-technical education, and dozens of continuing education offerings. If your desire is to continue your education after WVNCC, there are approximately 20 specialized transfer programs with numerous four-year institutions, enabling a seamless transfer process for those who wish to seek a four-year degree. We have been increasing our online programs as well, offering the flexibility you may need to complete your education. We are willing to work with you to ensure your success, whichever pathway you choose.

5 In addition to an exceptional education we are also delighted to offer affordability, with numerous opportunities available through financial aid and scholarships. Many of our students take advantage of these opportunities which make their WVNCC education possible or enable them to continue their educational future at a four-year institution. While here at WVNCC make sure to get involved outside the classroom. Inquire about our many clubs, student activities or student government positions. We know life can be busy, but we are committed to making sure your WVNCC experience is a memorable one; so please ask how you can get involved and get the most out of your time with us. On behalf of the Board of Governors, faculty and staff, it is my distinct honor to congratulate you and we look forward to providing the best possible experience on your journey.
