6 03. TOBIE GOUWS. Director: Engineering and Planning KEY QUALIFICATIONS. Tobie Gouws is an electrical Engineer that specializes in transmission systems with over 30 years of experience. He has developed and patented innovation solutions for transmission line systems (Guy rope spring system for overhead lines built on undermined areas, Retic Sat 1, 2 & 3 visual Sat. Overhead line calculation software used by Eskom). He has worked and executed projects for Eskom and municipalities in South Africa as well as Africa. His key experiences include: Transmission line design (Up to and including 400kV). Transmission refurbishment. Distribution line design. Rural Line design. Railway design. Fibre Optic Installations. Township Reticulation. ROEDOLF GOUWS. Design Engineer: Structural and Lines KEY QUALIFICATIONS. Roedolf has obtained a B Tech Degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Roedolf specializes in Over Head Line Structures, Substation Support Structures, Development of Structural Products, Equipment Maintenance and General Mechanical Systems (Dynamic and Static).

GODFRIED JOHANNES KOTZE. Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Officer (SHEQ). KEY QUALIFICATIONS. Godfried Kotze has been a SHEQ Officer in a construction field for the past 5 years. He has been involved in multiple aspects of COMPANY functionality from obtaining and compiling quotations, overseeing vehicle maintenance to organizing training, organizing medicals, conducting in-house auditing, equipment quality control, implementing and managing Health and Safety policies, risk assessment and incident investigation as well as coordinating project managers and other relevant staff for safety audits.

8 His key experiences include: Develop, implement and maintain an effective program and ensure compliance to satisfy the requirements of local legislation the OHS, COID and Environmental Conservation Acts. Develop systems to ensure all employees comply with all relevant legal safety requirements. Identify safety training needs, organize and co-ordinate safety training courses and prepare training material where appropriate. Assist in appointment of safety representatives for all departments.
