1 Company Affiliates List Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, none of the following entities shall be deemed to be a Company Affiliate for purposes of this Agreement when operating in the capacity of (i) a party to a state contract to provide services pursuant to a Medicaid program, or (ii) a downstream subcontractor providing all or a portion of such services.
