3 T he suggested detailed solutions merely represent recommendations given by the principle, KLH constructions may be combined with all constr uction mater ials available on the market. For example: you may use various different insulating materials such as soft wooden f ibres, mineral f ibres, cellulose, etc. as well as different fa ade materials on back-ventilated fa ades or rendered fa ades. The struc-tural and physical aspects such as sound insulation, heat insulation, air tightness of the building or fire protection must be assessed on the basis of the relevant KLH construction as such, as well as the required connections, must be dimensioned appropriately in ter ms of statics. It may happen that the suggested standard connection types are not sufficient, if high earthquake loads require tension anchorage of KLH wall u ction02 A r c h i t e c t D i p l.

9 Greater leng ths require considerably more work on beams (higher costs)In this case, screws mainly transfer shear forces in a cross direction. If panels are thicker, screw connections at an angle may be a reasonable solution (see hinge design longitudinal joints). The lower bearing area is still practical, as it makes installation bearing area for counter panel; this allows a clear transmission of transverse r id g e d e s i g n, if m a in b e a r in g d ir eCt i o n is pa r a l l e l to r id g e4. 2 r id g e d e s i g n, if m a in b e a r in g d ir eCt i o n is n o r m a l to r id g e33112257643125761324R O O F - R O O F C O N N E C T I O N0 8910111213421357680 5 CEILIN G J O IN T O N T HE WA LLFor clear load transmission for bearing of thin panels on thin wallsShear force transmission from panel to wallAdjust bearing widths for fire, horizontal forces, force transmission from panel to panelWidth of niche depends on panel t ype thin cross layers require shor ter distancesAlternating niches in panel ends8971011136 Bearing in niche, fully ef fective for the panel and the screw connectionBearing ef fective in used state.
