(Japanese) ( English ) Chapter 1 Connection/Login 3 1-2 Confirm the Login Method The login method differs depending on your contract details. Confirm the login method that applies to you. 1. Customers who have received only an OTP token (customers having a contract with a branch other than Singapore Branch) Register your password (by using the OTP token) and then log in. 1-3-1 2. Customers who have received only an OTP token (customers having a contract with Singapore Branch) Register your password (by using the challenge code) and then log in. 1-3-2 3. Customers who have received an OTP token and an initial password Log in by using the initial password.

6 1-3-3 Pre-login Screen Enter the COMSUITE URL in your browser's address bar. Japanese: English : Click Login Screen The login screen will be displayed. Point at the question mark ("?") icon next to [Customers who require password registration]. Confirm that the name of your contracting branch is included in the displayed message. When displayed: 1-3-1 When not displayed: 1-3-3 If you fall under 1. above, confirm your login method as described below. OTP Token Chapter 1 Connection/Login 4 1-3 Login The login method differs depending on your contract details. For details, see the relevant page. For the login method that applies to you, see the following section. 1-2 Confirm the Login Method 1-3-1 Customers who have received only an OTP token (customers having a contract with a branch other than Singapore Branch) This service uses OTP tokens to authenticate users.

7 OTP tokens are issued by mufg Bank and will be necessary for login and giving approval in each service. Have your OTP token ready. When logging in for the first time or logging in after resetting your password, see When logging in for the first time or logging in after resetting password following this procedure. OTP token Pre-login Screen Enter the COMSUITE URL in your browser's address bar. Japanese: English : By adding the URL above as a favorite (bookmark), the mark appears as a favorite icon. Click OTP Token Chapter 1 Connection/Login 5 Login Screen The Login screen will be displayed. Enter a COMSUITE customer ID, COMSUITE user ID, and password in the [Customer ID] field, [User ID] field, and [Password] field, respectively.

8 Click OTP Input Screen The OTP Input screen is displayed. Press [1] on the OTP token and enter the OTP, which is displayed on the token, in the [One-time Password (OTP)] field. Click Password Change Screen The Password Change screen is displayed in case that your password is expired. Enter the password, which you entered on the login screen, in the [Current Password] field. Enter your new password in the [New Password] field and [New Password (confirmation)] field. See below for the password creation rules. 1-4 Change Password Click When logging in for the first time or logging in after resetting your password, see When logging in for the first time or logging in after resetting password following this procedure.

9 Next (OTP Entry) Login Change Chapter 1 Connection/Login 6 COMSUITE Portal Top Page The COMSUITE Portal Top Page is displayed. Click a service you want to use from the top-left of the screen. When logging in for the first time or logging in after resetting password Pre-login Screen Enter the COMSUITE URL in your browser's address bar. Click OTP Token Password Registration Chapter 1 Connection/Login 7 Password Registration 1/2 screen The Password Registration 1/2 screen is displayed. Please follow the steps below. (1) Enter your customer ID, user ID and one-time password (OTP).

10 (2) Click Password Registration 2/2 screen The Password Registration 2/2 screen is displayed. Enter your new password in the [New Password] field and [New Password (confirmation)] field. See below for the password creation rules. 1-4 Change Password Click COMSUITE Portal Top Page The COMSUITE Portal Top Page is displayed. Click a service you want to use from the top-left of the screen. Next Submit When an error message pops up, confirm the following. If you have a contract with a branch other than those displayed in the error message, log in from the Login screen. 1-3-3 If you have already registered a password, you cannot register a new one. Log in from the Login screen. If your OTP token is not activated, you cannot register a password.
