2 All requests should be made 2 working days prior to the service date. requests received between am and pm from Saturday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) will be only valid Emirates NBD Platinum/Signature Credit Cardholders can request up to 2 complimentary AIrPorT TrANSFErS in one calendar year (January - December). 3. Only valid Emirates NBD Infinite Credit Cardholders can request up to 4 complimentary AIrPorT TrANSFErS in one calendar year (January- December). 4. AIrPorT transfer is available only if the air ticket has been purchased through Emirates NBD Credit To avail of the ConCierge benefits, cardholders will need to provide card details of a valid and eligible Emirates NBD Credit Card to the ConCierge Desk.

3 6. Inter Emirate TrANSFErS are not All ConCierge serviCes are provided by our authorised third party service provider Dynamic Commercial Business serviCes LLC. Emirates NBD makes no warranties and assumes no liability or responsibility with respect to the serviCes provided by the Service A Charge of AED 1 will be made on your card as a confirmation of your service for which you will receive an SMS alert on your registered mobile number.
