2 These guidelines areupdated or reaffirmed by the same process at intervals not exceeding three (3) guidelines were developed to summarize for the designer, applicator or developer good roofingpractice and industry guidelines for the INSTALLATION of the mechanically-set and mortar/ adhesive-set tiles,which have been developed over a period of time from actual trade practice and the requirements of variousbuilding code agencies. These guidelines may not be applicable in all geographical areas. It is theresponsibility of those individuals who are referring to these guidelines to independently research anddetermine which is best for their particular project.
