1 Pg. 1 Consent document Chapter1 the obligation of person who downloads any files from JAMP website Article1 Code of conduct The person who downloads any files (Hereafter JAMP files ) from JAMP website (Hereafter downloader ) shall not disrupt JAMP scheme dissemination activity. Article2 Obligation of downloader The person who receives JAMP files from a downloader has a same obligation as him. Article3 Prohibited matters 1 Downloader is prohibited to do each of the following actions. (1) the action to falsify information which was received through JAMP files (2) the action to provide and receive falsified information (3) the action to ill-gotten or ill- use any other company s ID and password and the action to make third party use this ID and password (4) the action to violate the copyright, trademark and other intellectual property of any other downloader, JAMP, third party (5) the action to discriminate or mental abuse any other downloader, JAMP, third party (6) the action to breach estate or privacy or portrait right of any other downloader, JAMP, third party (7) the action to place excessive burden on facility of any other downloader, JAMP, third party or the action to generate similar trouble potentially (8) the action to violate law, or be offensive to public order and morals, or put any other downloader, JAMP, third party at a disadvantage (9)

2 The action to sell the downloaded files (10) any other action to hinder the download related service (11) the action to encourage each of the above described actions (12) the action that JAMP regard it as inappropriate 2 Considering the 1st paragraph, JAMP can stop providing or delete any information without previous notice. However JAM has no obligation to stop pg. 2 providing or delete applicable information. 3 The downloader who does the above prohibited action is responsible for all result coming from it. He has the obligation to solve the problems on his budget. JAMP and JAMP file creator (Hereafter creator ) bear no responsibility for any items. Chapter2 Disclaimer Article4: Disclaimer 1 JAMP and creator bear no responsibility for any items when JAMP can not provide JAMP files due to a natural disaster or any other act of providence. 2 JAMP and creator do not guarantee perfectness, correctness, usability and any other property of the information which is received by using JAMP files.

3 JAMP and creator bear no responsibility for any damages which are generated from the above information. 3 JAMP and creator bear no responsibility for any damages other than indicated matters. 4 JAMP and creator bear no responsibility for any damages when a downloader can not use any service because of his fault. Chapter3 Other rules Article5: Notice to Downloader 1 JAMP can give necessary notice to downloader by e-mail or website or any other method at any time 2 The above notice becomes effective on the date when JAMP send e-mail or list website or transmit by any other method. Article6: Copyright and other matters 1 Unless otherwise indicated, JAMP have the copyright of provided specification, information copyright and any other intellectual property related to downloading service. 2 Downloader shall not copy, publish, broadcast and transmit any information which is acquired by using this service without permission of JAMP or the applicable copyright owner.

4 Additionally downloader shall not request any third party to implement each of the above actions. pg. 3 3 Downloader shall mark the copyright and the license agreement on all or part of the applicable tool. 4 When downloader publish or announce the image which is acquired by using this tool, he shall specify the name of applicable tool and copyright owner clearly. Article7: Protection of personal information JAMP shall manage personal information which is gathered through downloading service appropriately based on JEMAI personal information protection rule and shall not disclose it to third party without the applicable downloader s acceptance. However JAMP may disclose it in case of the following condition. (1) The applicable downloader agrees to disclose the information (2) Information disclosure is legally requested. JAMP register the information which is gathered through downloading service on JAMP DB and own it.

5 Article8: Change of the Consent document JAMP may change the content of this document if necessary. If changed, only the revised document is valid. Article9: Governing law All Japanese laws is applicable to governing laws of this document , Article10: Principle to resolve the issue through talks and competent court 1 If any problems occur between downloader and JAMP concerning this service; it is a basic principle that both should resolve the issue through talks. 2 If the problems can not be solved through talks, both agree that Tokyo district court is a competent court. Article11: Effective date This Consent document has been valid since downloader agrees it
