Our film also meets or exceeds Federal Specification lP378D. In addition, our film meets those specifications listed in PS17~69 and ASTM 02103, although thos, specs have been superseded by ASTM 04397. Additional test methods used include impact resistance ASTM D1709~67, tensile strength ASTM , water vapor transmission ASTM E96-66, and thickness ASTM 0374 68. Up North routinely samples and tests stock Construction film for numerous physical and chemical characteristics. Part of this testing includes procedures detailed in ASTM C-171 and ASTM C 156.
