Unless otherwiseshown in the footnotes, these are rounded up to thenext higher rounding unit. 3 All fares and charges (not fare calculation items butthe total fare) shall be rounded up to next higher unitas shown in the table unless the calculation resultsin a total fare, rate or charge for passenger equal tothe applicable unit. This is applicable whetherarrived at by means of conversion or otherwise ( for discounted children fares and otherrebates), The rounding-off units shown in the table are forinternational fares. For domestic fares the roundingunit may not necessarily be the same. Other charges shall be separately converted to thecurrency of payment and rounded in accordancewith the Other Charges column of the IROE table. Fixed tax/fee/charge amounts imposed andspecified by Government and/or airport authoritiesneed not be further rounded unless these areconverted into another currency where the resultingvalue is rounded. If not converted to anothercurrency, the original TFC local currency amountsshall be shown on traffic documents withoutapplication of the rounding rules shown in the"Other Charges" of decimalsFor ticketing purposes all NUCs are shown up totwo decimals.

4 Decimals beyond two shall decimal units column shown in the table relatesto the Fare Paid & the Equivalent Fare Paid boxeson the ticket. It is optional for taxes and whenshowing entries in the Total box of a 2014 IATA/SITAIATA Rates of Exchange (IROE)NOTE:The ROE used to convert NUC into the currency of the country of commencement of transportation shall be that in effect on the date of ticket issuance.
