3 Installation during normal business hours (7am - 5 pm) will be charged on an hourly basis based on location. These hourly rates are listed in MLB-CO-14-002 and will be summarized on the quotation sheet. Installation includes inside delivery, installation of furniture, and removal of cartons. If installation is not included, the product will be delivered to the dock only. (Refer to MLB-CO-14-002 for detailed instructions regarding installation costs when ordering through eBuy.)A full range of design services is available in conjunction with the purchase of new systems or desking furniture.

4 These services include space planning, CAD, and installation drawings. Designer rates are set at $ per hour and include any necessary site visits. Return Policy InformationReturn shipments are not accepted unless specifically authorized on a Returned Goods Authorization Form furnished by the Allsteel Customer Support Department. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days after the Return Authorization is issued, in the original shipping cartons, with proper inner packing and is subject to inspection upon return before products incur a 35% restocking fee plus freight charges.

This includes design and installation where required. Optional related services are available under this Contract , which include move-management, refurbishing, repairing and Information Products and finishes shown in this Catalog are available for Expense Purchases through eBuy (Postal Service s Intranet ordering system).
