1 Conversion and Reduction in Enrollment Webinar Series November 6, 2015 & November 20, 2015 The head start Act allows head start grantees to request Conversion of funded Enrollment slots and a reallocation of funds from head start to Early head start . It also allows for a Reduction in Enrollment to enhance quality. This Conversion and Re-duction in Enrollment Clinic will help you better understand the steps or process needed to convert slots to serve younger chil-dren and/or Reduction in Enrollment . The panel of experts will provide information on what to think about before beginning the grant process. A review of facilities and equipment, staffing, qualifications of staff and program operations will be provid-ed. Learn details about the process grantees follow when submitting a grant application, whether through the traditional refund-ing application or a separate grant amendment.

2 Full Day Model Clinic Webinar Series December 4, 2015 & December 18, 2015 What does it take to serve children in a full day model? Join your colleagues and learn best practices for making a full day op-tion part of your "menu of services" for families. A panel of experts will share best practices and challenges. By focusing on what it takes to provide full day services you can determine where to start planning and begin to put strategies in place. Being strategic and understanding the in's and out's will make this difficult task easier. In depth discussions on funding, facilities, staffing plans, monitoring and child care partnerships. Make sure to position your program for the future by discussing, discov-ering and developing strategies to support full day programming.
