1 Coopers Sovereign Makes it easy !Pour-on Flukicide,Roundworm & Lice ControlTECHNICAL MANUALO verviewCoopers Sovereign is a combination liver fluke, roundworm and lice pour-on treatment for cattle that is easy and convenient to apply. Coopers Sovereign contains both ivermectin (15 g/L) and triclabendazole (240 g/L). Coopers Sovereign is intended for use on all classes of beef cattle of any age; and for dair y cattle, only on replacement heifers up until 70 days (10 weeks) prior to their first Sovereign has been developed by Coopers Animal Health and is manufactured in Australia. 2 The adult fluke ingests blood and bile, which leads to anaemia and enlargement of the bile ducts. Symptoms of chronic liver fluke disease will develop slowly; appetite is depressed, animals become anaemic (pale mucous membranes around the mouth and eyes) and some animals may develop a 'bottle jaw' (swelling under the jaw).1 Coopers Sovereign is highly effective against adult liver fluke and when used strategically will help to minimise production losses associated with liver fluke in CAttLeGastro-intestinal roundworms can have a detrimental impact on the health and productivity of a cattle herd if a strategic control programme is not implemented. Coopers Sovereign has a registered claim for the treatment of each of the lice species listed uSe PAtternS oF Coopers SovereiGnCoopers Sovereign is an effective liver fluke, roundworm and lice treatment that can be incorporated into a strategic parasite control programme. For most properties, 2-3 treatments/year with Coopers Sovereign will provide effective liver fluke, roundworm and lice control . BeeF CAttLe Coopers Sovereign is suitable for use on all classes of beef cattle, of any age. it is recommended that all classes of cattle be treated with Coopers Sovereign in late April/early may.
