Projects 1. In the sample Projects list below there are two Thomas Graybill projects. The one shaded blue is a Project that was manually created within Xactimate. The Project highlighted with yellow is the electronic assignment that was downloaded via XactNet. 2. To move the estimate data from the manually created estimate into the downloaded assignment, you will first open the downloaded assignment. Then click on the Estimate menu, and choose Copy from Project .

On the Copy From Project window that appears select the Project to copy from. the estimate that was manually created. You will then choose to copy the Scope and Images (if applicable) from the manually created estimate. Click Copy to proceed. 4. Your estimate data from the manually created estimate has now been copied into the electronic assignment. You will then want to finalize any additional estimate details, Company Header, Opening Statement, Personnel, etc. to complete your estimate in preparation for upload to XactAnalysis.
