CorrLinks webcam, speakers, and microphone

1 On your desktop (or through the program files in your start menu), double click on the CorrLinks shortcut icon. Select the desired language that will be displayed as you navigate through the home video setup, which will walk you through configuring your webcam, speakers, and microphone On the login page, enter the Email Address and Password that you use to login to the CorrLinks website. Check the Remember Me box, if you want CorrLinks to remember your email address. *You will still have to enter your Password every time you want to login.

2 Click the Login button. This page will be displayed if you have had a testing failure rate of 25% or more and will show you the reason for the last failure. You will also be notified if the computer or internet connection have never been tested. Click Next . Click Run Test to begin the configuration and/or test. Click Configure if you have new hardware (webcam, speakers, or microphone ) or if this is the first time you are setting up your computer. Please note the options listed on your screen maybe different.

3 Select the desired working Webcam for your system. Click Preview Webcam . Click the Stop Preview button after verifying your webcam is displaying your live picture in the frame. You will be taken back to the hardware selection page. In the event the application is having problems when you preview, please select a different webcam. The device you have selected is not compatible. Select the desired working Speakers for your system Click Preview Speakers . Click the Back button after verifying your speakers are functioning correctly.

4 You will be taken back to the hardware selection page. In the event the application is having problems when you preview, please select different speakers. The device you have selected is not compatible. Select the desired working microphone for your system. Click Preview microphone . Click the Stop microphone Preview button after verifying your microphone is recording properly. You will be taken back to the hardware selection page. In the event the application is having problems when you preview, please select a different microphone .

5 The device you have selected is not compatible. Once all hardware has been selected AND previewed, click the Close button. You will be brought back to the main validation page. The next few steps will be testing your audio and video quality, as well as your internet connection and bandwidth. Click Test . A network connection test will begin. This will verify your internet connection is sufficient to support a video session. Please wait until the network test is completed. Click Start Playback and Recording button to now test your video and audio quality.

6 *Please note: it can take 20-30 seconds for the video to start playing once you click on the button. Listen and follow the instructions in the pre-recorded video. The video will prompt you to speak into the microphone . Once the video has stopped playing, you will need to confirm that the video and audio quality of the video were acceptable. If they were not acceptable, there is a problem with your hardware. You will need to fix these issues before you continue. Click Playback Recording to view the recording captured earlier.

7 *Please note: it can take 20-30 seconds for the video to start playing once you click on the button. Once the video has stopped playing, you will need to confirm that the video and audio quality of the video were acceptable. If they were not acceptable, there is a problem with your hardware. You will need to fix these issues before you continue. Click Continue . You will be notified if your computer setup successfully passed. After the successful completion of your configuration and setup, you must now accept your video session invitation on the CorrLinks website.
