A collection will be taken during the conference to make up any shortfalls. Conference Day Arrival & Registration Registration will take place at City Hill Auditorium from 10h00 to 13h00 on Wed 3 Oct 2018. Conference begins at 14h00 sharp! Register and pay in advance. We are anticipating up to 3000 people to attend. To avoid standing in long queues, plan to arrive early to pick up your conference pack. PLEASE bring your proof of payment and your conference confirmation letter / ticket. If you are flying in or coming by bus, our volunteers will direct you to the conference centre or accommo-dation venue, depending on your arrival time.

8 There will be secure rooms at the conference centre where you can leave your luggage. There will be food vendors on arrival and activities. Transport: Note: If coming by plane, train or bus, please provide the GtC office with your arrival date and time as early as possible. 1. Arrivals at Durban Airport: Wed 3 Oct 2018. Please arrive between 08h00 and 12h00 latest (the conference begins at 14h00.) Meet AA volunteers at the airport information desk. The shuttle service provided, will leave hourly to the conference venue and later to your accommodation 2.
