The student must produce a point paper that discussesthe relevancy or lack of relevancy of airborne operations in today's 250. Camp Challenge. 6 , off-campus, all-expense paid, hands-on seminar. Applied Army Leadership. 3 405, Applied Army Leadership is the capstone class for Armycadets who have completed their military Science and Leadership levelfour requirements, yet still need to complete their bachelor or masterslevel graduation requirements before commissioning as a SecondLieutenant. MSL 405 is an advanced level course that draws upon allprevious learning and experience in the ROTC program for applicationin leading and mentoring of the Blazers Cadet Battalion. The courseplaces significant emphasis on independent leadership in the form ofdirect mentorship of Cadet MS IVs, exploration and growth in personalleadership styles and approaches and effective communication withthe Assistant Professor of military Science (APMS).
