1 Creating Slanted Cells in Excel Use the Format Cells options to create a row of Slanted Cells . Right-click on the row name and select Format Click the Alignment Tab from the pop-up window. Adjust the alignment orientation by clicking and dragging the red dot in the Orientation image or entering the exact degrees of the desired slant. Click OK Resize the row height by clicking between the row names and dragging down. Enter text in the desired Cells Printing Borders Highlight the desired Cells Select All Borders from the Font group on the Home tab
