1 Culligan is going Green . Kindly provide us your Email address for future billings! please contact our office if you haven t already done so. Thanks! We decided that this is a great time to follow our passion to leave a green thumbprint as a business! We have considered our role in the massive use of paper that we generate and receive yearly and find this a perfect time to GO GREEN . This marks the beginning of many changes for us as a company and we hope that you will appreciate our commitment to taking paper out of the cycle (as in recycle ) in a significant fashion. We have implemented our paperless E- billing which will consist of the following initiatives.

2 We will need an Email address to submit your bill to you each month (**see additional note below). We also now offer an easy and convenient way to pay your Culligan bill by an electronic method of payment in the form of a Direct Withdrawal from a bank/savings account or a Credit/Debit card. These will be deducted on different dates to allow our customers a choice of which of two dates will work best for them. Our Direct Withdrawals will be drafted on the 6th of each month or the business day prior if this falls on a weekend/holiday. Our Credit/Debit Withdrawals will be drafted on the 20th of each month or the business day prior if this falls on a weekend/holiday.

3 Both forms verify funds a day prior! We have included our Payment Method choices on the back of this letter for you to select which Electronic Payment Method will work the best for you. please send this in and we ll begin your electronic drafts immediately. Be sure to include your Email address . (**see additional note below) (Remember to send a Voided check for Direct Withdrawal). While many customers are excited about this easier way to pay and manage their bills by signing up for our E-pay option and we are encouraging it, we will continue to accept your payments by check, cash or credit card. Culligan has no Monthly Processing Fee when you sign up for our E- billing service.

4 Otherwise, those who choose to continue to receive a paper invoice will be assessed a $ Monthly Processing Fee beginning February 28th, 2013. We DO NOT want to charge anyone this fee and hope that we can transfer all of our accounts over to avoid any such fees. please feel free to contact your local Culligan office with any questions that we have not addressed in this letter. Your Culligan Man has been a trusted name in the Water Treatment industry for over 75 years and we plan to continue to remain relevant in the marketplace by keeping up with technology, whether it s creating a High Efficiency water softener or utilizing electronic billing /payment processing to be Eco friendly.
