What is the migration process? Existing guidelines are translated to Adjudication format Package cloning o Existing packages are copied so historical and in-progress orders are not affected o ' is added to the end of the package name o An X' is placed in the front of the old package name, so those packages will drop to the bottom of the package dropdown list in Screening Manager o Once the Go Live email is received, the old x' packages should no longer be ordered o Old packages are eventually un-assigned from the Account(s).

3 2. How is pricing impacted? Pricing on existing packages will not be impacted as those packages will be copied at their existing price (which includes Adjudication ). Please refer to the table below regarding pricing for future packages. The Custom Adjudication Package that is being created as part of the Migration will be priced out, according to the table below. What is the difference between Self and Managed Adjudication Self Adjudication Overview Adverse and non-adverse Adjudication managed by the CUSTOMER Depending on current Adjudication process, reports with no discrepancies will automatically adjudicate to either Meets Company Standards or Client Review Required.

7 Your current process will continue once migrated to Contact your HireRight representative if you wish to change this behavior. Any report with a discrepant closing status will automatically adjudicate to a status of Client Review Required' so the CUSTOMER can determine the final Adjudication result Managed Adjudication Overview Adjudication service is facilitated by HireRight against CUSTOMER 's guidelines Configured with a combination of automated and CUSTOMER defined text-based guidelines Reports with no discrepancies should automatically adjudicate to Meets Company Standards or similar Adjudication status. Any report with a discrepant closing status may route to the HireRight Adjudication Team for review against your established Adjudication guidelines. Reports that meet your Adjudication criteria will be adjudicated to Meets Company Standards or a similar Adjudication status.

8 Reports that require further review will be adjudicated to Client Review Required or a similar Adjudication status. HireRight will not adjudicate any report to Does Not Meet Company Standards or a similar final adverse status on behalf of the CUSTOMER . A percentage of reports will route through an Adjudication quality control process 5. What is the difference between the new Adjudication product offering and the current Adjudication products today? The new Adjudication product offers several enhancements over our current offerings. The key differences include: The ability to request custom Adjudication statuses to be used by either the HireRight adjudicators when processing background reports against your guidelines and/or your adjudicators. The use of custom automated guidelines to apply your customized Adjudication statuses or to supplement the existing automated guidelines.

9 The option to display all guidelines or selected guidelines only. The capability to adjudicate at the product level or the overall report level. 6. Can I adjudicate at the report and/or product level? Yes, this is permission based, but there is an option to adjudicate at the report and/or product level. If custom statuses are desired, please contact your HireRight representative with the verbiage and intended behavior ( Should the desired custom status behave like a Meets Company Standards type status and route to the Completed tab in Screening Manager or like a Client Review Required type status and route to the Pending tab in Screening Manager?)
