Further information is available from Pharmacy on 22146 or 22542 41 Cyclizine Form: 50mg per 1ml ampoule Reconstitution: Already in solution Administration Method: IV Injection Dilute solution with 5 - 10ml of compatible fluid and give slowly over at least 3 - 5 minutes. IM injection No dilution required. Extravasation: Extravasation is likely to cause tissue damage due to its low pH. Compatibility & Stability: Water for Injection Sodium Chloride Glucose 5% Special Notes: Immediately after dilution, and again just before injection, check the solution for signs of precipitation. Discard if there is any cloudiness or haze formation.
