Thermacut produces and sells replacement consumables, accessories and torch heads for plasma cutting, MIG/MAG, TIG/WIG and plasma welding. Thermacut also produces and sells nozzles and nozzle holders and provides accessories for laser cutting systems and produces and sells cutting nozzles for a select group of oxy fuel systems. Thermacut has its production facility located in the CZECH Republic (Thermacut, ) and employs more than 250 people on those premises.

2 Continuous improvements in production, ongoing product aquisitions and an aggressive product and sales strategy has pushed Thermacut to among the leading producers of replacement consumable parts and torches for both plasma cutting and welding and consumable and accessories for laser cutting. During 20 years of our existence We managed to produce over 1200 CNC machines to almost all world continents. We produce a wide range of machines in various configurations according to the specific customer requests and needs. Standard machines size is from 1x2 up to 8x60 meters. Our machines can be equipped for plasma cutting only, for oxy fuel cutting only or for both types of cutting, then also for special application like cutting into the tubes, automatic bevel plasma cutting, marking devices, drilling and milling units or cutting extra thin metal sheets or other non-metallic materials with fiber laser.

4 In 2014 we also introduced combination of plasma and laser cutting. Standard cut thickness is from 0,1mm up to 400mm.
