It is recognized as a standardfrom which many variations havebeen developed. A wide variety of curing agents is available to cure liquid epoxy resins at ambient condi-tions. The most frequently used arealiphatic polyamines, polyamides,amidoamines, cycloaliphatic aminesand modified versions of these curingagents.

2 These systems are some-times cured at an elevated tempera-ture to improve selected propertiessuch as chemical resistance andglass transition temperature.
