7 (i). The quantity mentioned in the tender are purely tentative which may vary on either side as per our actual requirement, to be supplied in phases as per intimation from time to time. The Orders may also be splitted among different suppliers as per discretion of the Federation. (ii) Rates offered for each size should be on piece basis consisting Basic Cost + GST Bhubaneswar/Rourkela/Sambalpur/Keonjhar/ Balasore/Dhenkanal/ Berhampur/ Salapada/ Angul/ Jeypore and Bhawanipatna Dairy valid up to next tender. Bidders are supposed to mention the granule rate at the time of submission of tender.

8 The price will be calculated as per the prevailing granule rate at the time of delivery. The bidder are to note the destination of delivery strictly and can not deny any destination. (iii) PRICE VARIATION CLAUSE: The rates accepted after open negotiation are based on current rate of HDPE Granule for B6401 or equivalent grade per MT ( Any change of rate made by RIL at any time either upward or downward should be informed by the Supplier to the Managing Director, OMFED at once. In case there is any increase/decrease in the price levied by RIL for supply of raw material actually used for production of Plastic container being supplied during the course of delivery period noted herein, you shall be compensated by granting actual increase in respect of the price of container at the same unit rate per kg.)

9 Of raw material on production of documentary proof thereof and you shall similarly pass on any benefit accruing out of any decrease in price of raw material to Orissa State Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Ltd. Similarly any increase in the Govt. levies shall be refunded to you at actual on conditions that you shall pass on any benefit out of any decrease in the Govt. levies to Orissa State Coop. Milk Producers' Federation Ltd. (iii). Samples of Ghee containers with Cap must be produced along with offer. (iv) The surface of the rim of the ghee container should be uniformed to be suitable for Aluminium foil sealing and required space for air should be there.
