1 KALOJI NARAYANA RAO UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES:TELANGANA: WARANGAL-2 NOTIFICATION FOR exercising WEB options FOR FINAL PHASE OF COUNSELING (MOP-UP ROUND) TO FILL THE VACANT SEATS UNDER COMPETENT AUTHORITY QUOTA FOR ADMISSION INTO POST-GRADUATE MEDICAL DEGREE / DIPLOMA COURSES IN MEDICAL COLLEGES UNDER KNR UHS (INCLUDING MINORITY MEDICAL COLLEGES), NIMS HYDERABAD & MDS FINAL PHASE (MOP UP ROUND) FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2017-18 In continuation of earlier notification dated , , , 10-05-2017, 19-05-2017 and 23-05-2017, the University hereby notify the following schedule for FINAL Phase of Web counseling to fill up vacant Non service seats under Competent Authority Quota ( , Unfilled seats after 4th phase, vacancies due to not-joined and also the vacancies that may arise due to sliding of candidates during the process of Final phase) of PG Medical Degree / Diploma courses in Medical Colleges under KNRUHS and NIMS Hyderabad and Final Phase (Mop-up round) for admission into MDS courses to fillup vacant seats due to non-joined and also the vacancies that may arise due to sliding of candidates during the process of Final Phase (Mop-up round).

2 Dates for exercising web options Date of issuing allotments From PM on 28-05-2017 Upto PM on 29-05-2017 29-05-2017 All the candidates whose names are displayed in the Merit List and the candidates registered due to lowering of cut-off marks by Government of India notified on University Website and the candidates who were allotted seats in the previous phases of counseling, who wish to slide to other seat / college are eligible to exercise web options as per the above schedule. For PG Medical Degree / Diploma courses, the seats unfilled in the 4th phase of counseling and vacancies due to non-reporting of the candidates selected in the 4th phase of counseling and resultant vacancies due to sliding of candidates during the process of FINAL Phase of counseling will also be filled simultaneously in the FINAL Phase itself. The vacancy position will be displayed in the university website before counseling.

3 For MDS courses, the seats unfilled in the in the previous phases of counseling and vacancies due to non-reporting of the candidates selected in the 1st phase of counseling and resultant vacancies due to sliding of candidates during the process of FINAL Phase of counseling will also be filled simultaneously in the FINAL Phase itself. The vacancy position will be displayed in the university website before counseling. instructions TO CANDIDATES 1. To prevent blockade and wastage of seats, the following measures are implemented in this phase of counseling. A candidate , who is allotted seat as per his/her option in this phase of web counseling, should join compulsorily in the allotted seat. Otherwise, the candidate will be debarred for Three (3) years in future PG admissions under KNRUHS besides Discontinuation / Fine amount of Rs.

4 Lakhs. Therefore, candidates are advised to exercise options for the courses in which they are interested to join and persue the course. 2. The candidates who secured admission in the previous phases of counseling and wish to change their college/course according to their merit, can exercise their web options . Candidates are informed that, once PG seat is allotted in the Final phase of counseling as per their web options , the seat allotted in the earlier Phases of counseling is automatically cancelled and re-allotted to other candidates in this phase. 3. Candidates who withdraw from course after 4th phase of counseling onwards will have to pay discontinuation / fine amount of Rs. Lakhs. 4. Candidates while giving options should note that the seats vacated by the candidates selected in Four phase of counseling and slided to other college / course during Final phase of counseling process will be added & allotted simultaneously during Final phase of counseling itself.

5 Hence, candidates are informed to give options for all colleges irrespective of vacancies shown in seat matrix. If the candidate opts and secures a seat in the FINAL phase, his / her allotment of seat in previous phase is cancelled automatically. 5. Candidates who have already paid the University fee need not pay again. 6. If a candidate was allotted a seat in any college of Telangana and joined, slided to another college in Telangana in subsequent counseling, should submit the tuition fee receipt at the newly allotted college for admission. The first college where the candidate initially joined will transfer the fee to subsequently allotted college in Telangana. 7. The candidates already selected and joined in Post Graduate Medical Degree / Diploma in the state of Andhra Pradesh under Dr NTRUHS, Vijayawada / in any other State are permitted to join by production of all original certificates at the time of joining without fail.

6 8. candidate can give options on the web either from home or any other place having internet facility. One Time Password will be sent to the registered mobile at the time of saving Web options 9. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z. 10. The detailed instructions for entering options on web are available at for Medical Courses and - for MDS Courses 11. candidate can download the provisional allotment order on payment of University Registration Fee through payment gateway and report to the Principal of the Allotted College on or before the date specified in the allotment order. 12. List of vacancies will be displayed in the Website for information of the students to exercise their option. A candidate can exercise options for any number of subjects / colleges. Candidates are advised to be careful while exercising options on the Web and take the print out of the saved options .

Candidates are informed to check their final allotment, take printout of allotment letter from the web, and report to the respective colleges on or before the date furnished on the allotment letter, failing which the candidate admission will be cancelled. 14. The University fee and other fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. 15.
