1 Where the Nile meets the Ohio 6 Daughters of the Nile 102nd Annual Supreme Session june 24-28, 2018 Cincinnati, Ohio REGISTRATION BULLETIN THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF REGISTRATION FORMS MEMBER REGISTRATION FORM: For All Members NON-MEMBER: Guests over 18 years of age(Guests under 18 years of age are complimentary and do not need to register) NOTE: If you are registering by mail, you must be registered before you can sign up for Housing, Food Events, and Tours, etc. IMPORTANT: Since there i s only one registration form for members, please indicate your title as of june 1, 2018 in order to receive proper credentials to vote. This will be the title used on your name badge.

2 MEMBER REGISTRATION: A registration fee of Sixty Dollars ($ ) shall be paid to Daughters of the Nile Ishtar Temple No. 54 (Memo: SS Fund 2018). Members of Canadian Temples shall remit Fundsequivalent to Sixty Dollars ($ ) of Canadian Funds. NON-MEMBER REGISTRATION: A Registration Fee of Forty Dollars ($ ) U. S. Funds shall be paid to Ishtar Temple No. 54 SS Fund 2018. Canadian non-members shall remit Funds equivalent to Forty Dollars ($ ) of Canadian Funds.
