6 Church office will be closed on Monday, January 1st for New Year s Day PRESCHOOL MINISTRY As Kim Chavis prepares to retire from her position of leading the Sunday morning and Wednesday night preschool area, we are in the process of putting together teams to serve in this ministry. To direct and organize the administration of these teams, we are in need of a volunteer to lead this vital ministry. If you are interested or need more information, please contact Jarrod or one of the elders. And even if you are not feeling called to this opportunity, please join us in praying for God s direction and wisdom. F260 bible reading plan As a church family we will be reading through the bible in 2018. The F260 is a two hundred and sixty-day reading plan that highlights the foundational passages of Scripture that every disciple should know. The plan calls for believers to read 1 or 2 chapters a day for 5 days each week, with an allowance for weekends off.

7 The 2 off-days each week are built-in so you may catch up on days where you re unable to read. In order to digest more of the Word, the F260 encourages believers to read less than other bible reading plans and to keep a Journal (H=Hear, E=Explain, A=Apply, R=Respond). Memory verses are also included and all are encouraged to memorize. Copies of the reading plan are available on the information board. A Foundations book, by Robby and Kandi Gallaty, may be purchased for further study, but is not necessary for reading through the bible in 2018.
