1 Si827x Data Sheet4 Amp ISOdriver with High Transient (dV/dt) ImmunityThe Si827x isolators are ideal for driving power switches used in a wide variety ofpower supply, inverter, and motor control applications. The Si827x isolated gate driversutilize Skyworks' proprietary silicon isolation technology, supporting up to kVRMS withstand voltage per UL1577 and VDE0884. This technology enables industry leadingcommon-mode transient immunity (CMTI), tight timing specifications, reduced variationwith temperature and age, better part-to-part matching, and extremely high also offers unique features such as separate pull-up/down outputs, driver shutdownon UVLO fault, and precise dead-time programmability.

2 The Si827x series offers longerservice life and dramatically higher reliability compared to opto-coupled gate Si827x drivers utilize Skyworks' proprietary silicon isolation technology, which pro-vides up to kVRMS withstand voltage per UL1577 and fast 60 ns propagation outputs can be grounded to the same or separate grounds or connected to a pos-itive or negative voltage. The TTL level compatible inputs with >400 mV hysteresis areavailable in individual control input (Si8271/2/3/5) or PWM input (Si8274) integration, low propagation delay, small installed size, flexibility, and cost-effective-ness make the Si827x family ideal for a wide range of isolated MOSFET/IGBT and SiCor GaN FET gate drive Grade products are built using automotive-specific flows at all steps inthe manufacturing process to ensure the robustness and low defectivity required forautomotive FEATURES Single, dual, or high-side/low-side drivers Single PWM or dual digital inputs High dV/dt immunity.
